A- Where are they at?

B- Where do they want to be?

C- Help them understand that something has to change to get to where they want to be

D- Are they ready to make a decision to change?

E- Educate them by sharing a tool

F- Follow Up

G- Get an Educated Answer

H- Help them get started properly

Decide Which Tool You Want To Share At The End Of The Meeting
